Overview

First, automatic culling criteria blocks executable file types and system files in the NIST database. Next, all files are de duplicated, including attachments within emails. Further culling can be accomplished with standard or custom scripts that remove documents based on keywords, domains, file types, email addresses or other search criteria. Finally, analysis features can be employed to additionally cull the data set based on concepts, people, threads, topic clusters or any other criteria available in our MetaLINCS technology’s extensive analytic index.

After culling, the remaining subset has been minimized as much as possible without doing a document-by-document review. This relevant set is then exported and loaded into a review tool of choice or sent to MetaLINCS E-Discovery to be hosted for review and production.
