Legal Notice: Change of Operating and Entity Names

Seagate Services is pleased to announce that it is becoming i365, A Seagate Company.  The launch of i365 represents the next phase of our evolution as a company and further cements our commitment to help our business customers protect and manage valuable company information. Accordingly, the names of our operating entities will also be changing to reflect our new brand.


Effective September 23, 2008, each of the following entities is changing its corporate name:

United States

  • EVault Inc. is now i365 Inc.
  • EVault International Inc. is now i365 International Inc.
  • MetaLINCS is now i365 MetaLINCS
  • ActionFront Data Recovery, Inc. dba Seagate Recovery Services is now i365 Recovery  Services Inc.

Canada

  • Evault Canada Inc. is now i365 Canada Inc.
  • ActionFront Data Recovery Labs, Inc.  is now i365 Recovery Services (Canada) Inc.

Germany

  • Seagate Services GmbH is now i365 GmbH

Netherlands

  • Seagate Services (Netherlands) B.V. is now i365 (Netherlands) B.V.

United Kingdom

  • Seagate Services UK Limited is now i365 UK Limited

Your agreement with any of the Seagate Services operating entities will remain in full force and effect – the only change is to the name of our company that is a party to your agreement. FOR VENDOR NOTIFICATIONS:

Effective September 23, 2008, [OLD COMPANY NAME] is changing its name to [NEW COMPANY NAME]. Accordingly, please update your accounting and legal records and issue invoices to [NEW COMPANY NAME]. If you have any questions regarding our corporate name change, please contact our Legal Department at (408) 625-6723.
